General description

AccuTaq LA 10X buffer is optimized for enhanced amplification of complex templates, when using AccuTaq long and accurate (LA) DNA polymerase.

Application

AccuTaq LA 10× Buffer has been used:

  • in PCR reaction mixture for the amplification of human BRCA1 gene.
  • as a component of the PCR mix for the amplification of the genomic DNA from Triticum aestivum
  • as a component of the PCR mix for the reverse transcription of RNA from foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV)

A database search of the Paramecium genome reveals 34 genes related to Ca(2+)-release channels of the inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP(3)) or ryanodine receptor type (IP(3)R, RyR). Phylogenetic analyses show that these Ca(2+) release channels (CRCs) can be subdivided into six groups (Paramecium

Deletion or insertion mutations lead to a frameshift that causes misalignment between wild-type and mutated allele sequences, making it difficult to identify such mutations unambiguously by using electrophoresis-based DNA sequencing. We have previously established the feasibility of an accurate DNA
