Application

A watersoluble yeast peptone enriched by the vitamin B complex for special fastidious microorganisms. Additionally it is enriched with Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Biotin. The yeast peptone contains highly concentrated protein in form of amino acids and peptides and serves as excellent source of minerals, nucleic acids and other promoters to support the growth of microorganisms.
Application: used as nutrient in diverse fermentations methods, including lactic acid cultures and pharma compounds.
