Application

Detect Integrin β1 using this Anti-Integrin β1 Antibody, clone P4G11, FITC conjugated validated for use in FC, IF, IH.
MAB1951F has been designed primarily for FACS analysis on live or lightly paraformaldehyde cells. Ca++ must be present in all solutions to maintain antibody contact with the antigen. Typical dilution is 1:100 for 1 x10(6) cells. Washes using complete PBS (containing Ca++ and Mg++) and 1% BSA are recommended.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
