COVID-19 Spike Protein S1 (aa 1-681) Recombinant Antigen, expressed in HEK293 cells, Cat. No. AGX818 is tested for use in ELISA, Lateral Flow Assay as Positive Control.

Target description

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the virus strain severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), a virus closely related to the SARS virus. A SARS-CoV-2 spike antigen can be used to support the detection of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19, 2019-nCoV).

Physical form

Purified in 10mM Phosphate Buffered Saline with 0.09% sodium azide, pH 7.0.

Please refer to guidance on suggested starting dilutions and/or titers per application and sample type.

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at -10°C to -25°C from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
