Human beta 3 adrenergic receptor (B3AR) is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor superfamily. They typically contain 7 transmembrane domains (Barak et al., 1995) Human B3AR is 408 aa membrane protein (Emorine et al., 1989; Grannenman et al., 1992; Van Spronsen et al., 1993; Lelias et al., 1993).
Immunogen
A 19 aa sequence at the C-terminus of the human B3AR, splce variant 3 (Emorine et al., 1989; Grannenman et al., 1992; Van Spronsen et al., 1993; Lelias et al., 1993). Control peptide is available under catalog number AG388.

As inadequate perfusion has emerged as a key determinant of adipose tissue dysfunction in obesity, interest has grown regarding possible pharmacological interventions to prevent this process. Mirabegron has proved to improve insulin sensitivity and glucose homeostasis in obese humans via
The role of the bone marrow niche in essential thrombocythemia (ET) remains unclear. Here, we observed multilevel defects in the hematopoietic niche of patients with JAK2V617F-positive ET, including functional deficiency in mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC), immune imbalance, and sympathetic-nerve damage.

To assess whether pregnancy might influence the functionality and expression of human myometrial beta(2)- and beta(3)-adrenoceptors (beta(2)- and beta(3)-AR), we performed functional, binding, Western blot, and molecular biology experiments in human nonpregnant and near-term pregnant myometrium.
