Rpn10 (S5a) is a non-ATPase subunit of the 19S regulatory complex of the 26s proteasome. Subunit Rpn10 (S5a) of the 26S proteasome was originally identified as a protein capable of binding poly-ubiquitin chains of four or more ubiquitins, in the absence of other 26S proteasome subunits.
Detect 19S regulator non-ATPase subunit S5a/Rpn10 using this Anti-19S regulator non-ATPase subunit S5a/Rpn10 Antibody, clone S5a-18 validated for use in IP & WB.

The UBA domain is a motif found in a variety of proteins, some of which are associated with the ubiquitin-proteasome system. We describe the isolation of a fission-yeast gene, mud1+, which encodes a UBA domain containing protein that is able
Palmitoylation is a special kind of lipid modification that targets proteins to membranes. This protocol introduces the acyl-biotin exchange (ABE) assay to determine the palmitoylation of protein cysteines in yeast. Palmitoylation is exchanged by biotinylated compounds so that the palmitoyl proteins
The 26S proteasome is essential for the proteolysis of proteins that have been covalently modified by the attachment of polyubiquitinated chains. Although the 20S core particle performs the degradation, the 19S regulatory cap complex is responsible for recognition of polyubiquitinated

Immune stimulating agents like Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) agonists induce potent antitumor immunity but are limited in their therapeutic window due to off-target immune activation. Here, we developed a polymeric delivery platform that binds excess unpaired cysteines on tumor cell
