General description
Dulbeccos phosphatgepufferte Kochsalzlösung ist eine ausgeglichene Salzlösung (BBS, balanced salt solution), die in Gewebekulturen verbreitet eingesetzt wird.
Application
D-PBS wird zum Waschen von Zellen während der Aufbereitung und Serienübergabe eingesetzt.
Dulbeccos phosphatgepufferte Kochsalzlösung wurde wie folgt verwendet:
- als eine der pseudophysiologischen Lösungen zum Untersuchen des in-vitro-Abbauverhaltens von Fe-20Mn-1,2C-Legierung[1]
- zum Lösen von Angelica gigas-Pulver für die Mikroverkapselung
- zum Waschen von Zellen als Teil von Zellkulturbehandlungen, Wundheilungs-Assay, Transwell-Assay und Apoptose-Assay[2]
- zum Waschen der Amnionmembran für zelluläre Analysen[3]
Biochem/physiol Actions
Dulbeccos phosphatgepufferte Kochsalzlösung dient als Bewässerungs-, Transport- und Verdünnungsflüssigkeit, wobei sie das intra- und extrazelluläre osmotische Gleichgewicht erhält. Sie hydriert Zellen und dient als Quelle für große Mengen anorganischer Ionen, die für den normalen Zellstoffwechsel unerlässlich sind. Die gepufferte Salzlösung dient in Kombination mit einem Kohlenhydrat wie Glucose als Hauptenergiequelle für den Zellstoffwechsel. Sie stellt ein Puffersystem zur Haltung des Mediums im physiologischen pH-Wertbereich bereit.
Preparation Note
Die Formulierung enthält 9,6 Gramm Pulver je Liter Nährmedium.
Other Notes
Dieses D-PBS ist ohne Ca oder Mg formuliert. Formulierungen mit hinzugefügtem Ca und Mg sind ebenfalls erhältlich.
