Discoidin domain receptor I (DDR1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK)/collagen-activated tyrosine kinase, that is located on human chromosome 6p21.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human DDR1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr513.
Immunogen Range: 479-528
Biochem/physiol Actions
Discoidin domain receptor I (DDR1) plays important roles in several cancers. In renal cancer cells, DDR1 promotes epithelial to mesenchymal transition. It also increases invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer through epithelial-mesenchymal transition.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the fourth leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide, develops almost exclusively in patients with chronic liver disease and advanced fibrosis1,2. Here we interrogated functions of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), the main source of liver fibroblasts3, during hepatocarcinogenesis. Genetic
