General description

A cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of cysteine, serine, aspartic, and thermolysin-like proteases and aminopeptidases. This cocktail is recommended for purification of proteins containing His•Tag sequences. Each vial contains 100 mM AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 101500), 5 mM Bestatin (Cat. No. 200484), 1.5 mM E-64 (Cat. No. 324890), 2 mM Pepstatin A (Cat. No. 516481), and 200 µM of Phosphoramidon, Disodium Salt (Cat. No. 525276). One ml is recommended for the inhibition of proteases in 10 g of cells. Supplied with a data sheet. Note: 1 set = 5 x 1 ml.
This set is a specially formulated protease inhibitor cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of cysteine, serine, aspartic, and thermolysin-like proteases and aminopeptidases. This cocktail is recommended for purification of histidine-tagged proteins.

This product is provided as a single vial or as a set of 5 vials. Each vial contains 1 ml of protease inhibitor cocktail solubilized in DMSO with the following components:
