Questions

  1. On page 17 of the user manual, it is mentioned to clean the dispenser. How frequently should the dispenser be cleaned when utilized with a 28% ammonia solution? Is it on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis?

    1 answer
    1. The instruction manual does not specify the exact period of time for cleaning. It mentions 'regularly cleaning', stating that the cleaning frequency depends on the chemical being used and does not provide a specific time frame. For instance, if a crystallizing medium is dosed, daily cleaning is recommended. Conversely, for the ammonia solution, which, as far as we know, does not crystallize, weekly cleaning may be sufficient. Currently, we do not have feedback from our customers regarding the intervals at which they clean their dispensers.
