COR L303 cells were isolated from a female patient of unknown age with small cell lung carcinoma. The sample was taken pre-therapy.

Maintain cultures at 3-9 x 100,000/ml, 37°C, 5% CO₂

RPM1 1640 + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) + 2mM Glutamine.
