    1 answer
    1. These 5 mg pNPP tablets can be dissolved in water or aqueous buffer solutions (e.g., 50 mM Tris buffer, pH 7.0). For a typical ELISA assay, a working concentration range of 1 to 10 mg/ml is generally used, with the stock concentration being 5 to 10 times its working concentration. Preparing a 0.5 ml solution with one tablet results in a concentration of 10 mg/ml.
