Cell Line Description
The cell line Chang Liver was originally thought to be derived from normal liver. The cell line has since been found to be indistinguishable from HeLa by STR PCR DNA profiling. Therefore, the cell line should be considered as derived from HeLa. Ethnicity: Black.
Application
Chang Liver (HeLa derivative) cell line has been used to study the construction and biological activity of human torque teno virus (TTV) genotype 6.
