Application

The Human Protein Atlas project can be subdivided into three efforts: Human Tissue Atlas, Cancer Atlas, and Human Cell Atlas. Actions biochimiques/physiologiques

The gene cysteine-rich DPF motif domain-containing protein-1 (CDPF1) is down-regulated in IL (Interleukin)-10-anergized cultures. IL-10 promotes a population of alloantigen-specific T cells (IL-10-anergized T cells). These cells are anergic in nature and inhibit alloantigen-specific effector T cells.
