Description générale

Kit : La cartouche de purification QPAK® 2 est une unité de purification d'eau remplaçable, conçue pour réduire la teneur en contaminants ioniques et organiques. Elle contient une combinaison de plusieurs matériaux de purification (comprenant des résines échangeuses d'ions de qualité "électronique", du charbon actif et le mélange de piégeage Organex Q) choisis avec soin pour éliminer les contaminants présents dans divers types d'alimentations en eau.

Caractéristiques et avantages

  • Produit constitué de polypropylène pour son très faible relargage de substances extractibles.
  • L'eau produite atteint des niveaux de COT (carbone organique total) < 20 ppb.

  1. What are the storage conditions for this product?

    1. Recommended storage conditions: temperatures from 5 to 30°C; humidity between 10 and 80%. The original sealed bag (if provided) must be kept intact before the first use to protect the purification element from foreign matter.

  2. How are consumables changed?

    1. To help you to change your system's consumables, several video tutorials are available on our YouTube channel: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2TUriaAaEA_IXDCnPbDk6OmrwptjwOHD. For high-flow systems, please keep in mind that all consumable changes must be approved by a 3-digit code that only the person in charge of the system knows.

  7. What is the consumables delivery time?

    1. Refer to the consumable's Product page for a first estimation of its expected delivery time and contact customer service for more information.

  8. How frequently do the various consumables need to be changed?

    1. The frequency that consumables must be changed depends on the system's usage (treated water volume) and on the consumables themselves (time of usage). In order to ensure the quality of water and your results, the consumables should be replaced when the system alerts you.

  9. Can consumables be opened and refilled?

    1. Unfortunately, this is not possible because of safety issues and the need to guarantee the quality of consumables and their interior purification components. Our consumables are manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility France in agreement with high quality standards.

  10. If I have a final filter that I use only occasionally (e.g., Biopak®) and have another filter (e.g. Millipak®) that I most of the time, can I keep the 'occasional-use' filter for use again at a later time?

    1. It is not possible to re-use a filter that has been used and then removed because air intake during replacement creates an airlock and blocks water passing through the filter. If you regularly need two different filters, we recommend using two POD dispensers.
