TNKS2 (TRF1-interacting ankyrin-related ADP-ribose polymerase 2), also known as PARP5B, tanykyrase-2, or TNKL (GenBank Accession No. NM_025235) amino acids 849-1166 (end) with N-terminal GST-tag, MW=62kDa, expressed in Sf9 cells via a Baculovirus expression system.
