The epitope recognized by PLA0130 maps to a region between residue 100 to 150 of human ATM and Rad3-related-interacting protein using the numbering given in entry NP_569055.1 (GeneID 84126).
Physical form
Tris-citrate/phosphate buffer, pH 7 to 8 containing 0.09% Sodium Azide
Other Notes
ATRIP (ATR-interacting protein) forms a complex with the serine-threonine kinase ATR (ataxia-telangiectasia mutated rad-3 related) to function in the DNA damage response. Through its interaction with replication protein A (RPA), ATRIP aids the recruitment of ATR to regions of DNA damage. ATR-ATRIP interacts with and is regulated by Rad17 and the 9-1-1 complexes.
