Anti-Human IgG (Fc specific) antibody produced in chicken is suitable for western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Ig γ-1 chain C region is a protein encoded by the IGHG1 gene in humans. Igγ-1 chain C region is present in human pancreatic cancer tissues and its expression is very low in adjacent noncancerous tissues. IGHG1 blockage leads to retarded tumor growth and improved survival. Its presence in pancreatic cancer cells might constitute an important element that is responsible for tumor cell proliferation and immune evasion mechanisms. IGHG1 is associated with prostate cancer and can inhibit cell viability leading to apoptosis. It may act as a potential target in prostate cancer gene therapy.

Proteinuria is a widely used marker of renal disease and is strongly associated with renal and cardiovascular outcomes. The molecular mechanisms underlying filtration of serum proteins through the glomerular filtration barrier (GFB) remain to be determined. Since the GFB is
To investigate the expression of Igγ-1 chain C region (IGHG1) in human pancreatic carcinomas and determine the biological function of IGHG1 expression in immune evasion mechanisms. Comparative proteomic analysis was used to detect the differential expression of IGHG1 in human
To investigate the immunoglobulin G (IgG) expression in prostate cancer cell lines and explore the effects of IGHG1 gene knockdown on PC3 cell growth and apoptosis. Flow cytometry, qPCR and western blot were used to demonstrate IgG expression in prostate
Proteinuria is strongly associated with kidney disease progression but the mechanisms underlying podocyte handling of serum proteins such as albumin and IgG remain to be elucidated. We have previously shown that albumin and IgG are transcytosed by podocytes in vitro.
