Buyer agrees and understands that it is not licensed to use this product to synthesize Oligonucleotides for sale, for diagnostic uses including use in clinical diagnostic settings where the use in conjunction with an individual′s sample generates data provided to an individual or the individual′s caregiver for a free reimbursement, neither can Oligonucleotides synthesized using this product be used for use clinical trials or for other therapeutic purposes. This product is sold pursuant to authorization from Agilent Technologies, Inc. and Agilent Technologies reserves all other rights under these patents.
For use with all sales where the purchaser is required to have its own direct license from Agilent, without limitation, Bulk Quantity Sales, and sales to Oligo Houses.
