General description
The Eppendorf “twin.tec” PCR plates are designed for single-use PCR applications. They have a rigid polycarbonate frame that retains its shape even when exposed to high temperatures during the PCR cycle. The plate is designed to maintain dimensional stability, providing support for both the snug fit and sealing functions. Additionally, the raised rims of the plate further enhance effective sealing by forming a highly secure seal with the sealing material.
Application
“Eppendorf” Twin tec PCR plates are suitable for:
- Standard PCR
- Real-time PCR
- High Throughput PCR
- Small Volume Sample Handling
