Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the ST cell antigen as determined in virus enzyme linked cell immunoassays (VELCIA). The antibody does not cross-react with mouse 3T3 cells.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 0.05mM 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 2-10x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
