Application

Sandwich ELISA for soluble p75 TNF-R. No competition with TNF.

Culture Medium

Iscoves Modified Dulbeccos Medium (IMDM) + 2 mM glutamine + 25 U/ml Interleukin-6 (IL-6) + 5-10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Where the cells are grown under static conditions, 0.02% EDTA may be required to dislodge them from the plastic.

Subculture Routine

Seed cultures between 1-3 x 10⁵ cells/ml; Saturation density 8-10 x 10⁵ 5% CO₂; 37 °C
