Estrogen-related-receptor β (Esrrb) is a member of the nuclear orphan receptor family that can induce cell differentiation in cultured mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells. Studies have reported that Esrrb can stimulate Oct4 transcription. This receptor can also regulate the pulripotency of ES cells. Rabbit Anti-ESRRB antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, bovine, and canine ESRRB.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human ESRRB
Application
Rabbit Anti-ESRRB antibody can be used for western blot applications at a concentration of 0.5μg/ml.
Biochem/physiol Actions
ESRRB encodes a protein with similarity to the estrogen receptor. Its function is unknown; however, a similar protein in mouse plays an essential role in placental development. Sequence Note: The sequence AF094517.1 is from a chimeric clone. Only the ESRRB sequence was propagated into this RefSeq record.
Sequence
Synthetic peptide located within the following region: RHLGSSCGSFIKTEPSSPSSGIDALSHHSPSGSSDASGGFGLALGTHANG

The genetic program of embryonic stem (ES) cells is orchestrated by a core of transcription factors that has OCT4, SOX2, and NANOG as master regulators. Protein levels of these core factors are tightly controlled by autoregulatory and feed-forward transcriptional mechanisms
Total flavonoids of Rhizoma drynariae (TFRD) is broadly used in the treatment of orthopedic diseases. Nevertheless, the effects and underlying mechanism of TFRD on tendon-bone healing after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) remain unclear. The ACLR mouse model was established.
