General description

Reagent-cartridge Amide formation (for amine salts) is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the amide coupling of carboxylic acids and amines. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for amide coupling and purification.

Scale: up to 0.5 mmol

Compatible substrates: carboxylic acids, primary and secondary alkyl amine salts

Cartridge contents:
• Supported carbodiimide and Oxyma Pure (coupling reagents)
• SCX2 (for purification)
• Supported carbonate (acid scavenger)
