General description

Glyphosate is one of the most used herbicides, especially in agriculture applications such as weed and vegetation control.

Application

Glyphosate-2-13C,15N may be used as a reference standard for the determination of glyphosate-2-13C,15N in saline natural water samples by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). It may also be used as an internal standard for the analysis of glyphosate, aminomethylphosphonic acid and glufosinate in water samples by online solid-phase extraction (SPE) followed by HPLC/MS.

Analysis Note

13C enrichment ≥99 atom% based upon labeld precursor
15N enrichment ≥98 atom% based upon labeld precursor
