WS6 is an inducer of β cell proliferation, thought to act primarily through modulating the activities of the IKB kinase pathway and ErbB3-binding protein 1 (EBP1) also known as proliferation-associated protein 2G4 (PA2G4), an RNA-binding protein that is involved in growth regulation and inhibition.
WS6 is an inducer of β cell proliferation, thought to act primarily through modulating the activities of the IKB kinase pathway and ErbB3-binding protein 1 (EBP1).
WS6 is an inducer of β cell proliferation, thought to act primarily through modulating the activities of the IKB kinase pathway and ErbB3-binding protein 1 (EBP1). WS6 is also known to stimulate human ɑ cell proliferation. WS6 does not affect β cell differentiation, as no alteration in the number of insulin producing β cells is observed
