Application

Methylated Control DNA has been used as a negative control in bisulfite sequencing of embryonic genomic DNA.[1]

    1. As mentioned on the product detail page, the % 5mC content is reported in the lot specific Certificate of Analysis, as well as the product label. The specification for 5mC is >/= 4.5%.
