General description

Mesosulfuron-methyl is a sulfonylurea herbicide, which is used in controlling ryegrass in wheat and broad-leaved weeds in other cereals.

Application

Mesosulfuron-methyl may be used as a reference standard for the analysis of mesosulfuron-methyl herbicide in water samples using solid-phase extraction with liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (SPE-LC-MS/MS).
Mesosulfuron-methyl may be used as a reference standard for the determination of the analyte in environmental matrices by solid-phase extraction and solid-liquid extraction followed by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
