General description

Purified recombinant protein G conjugated to peroxidase.
Purified recombinant protein G conjugated to peroxidase. Binds ≥ 99% to human IgG immobilized on a column.

Packaging

Please refer to vial label for lot-specific concentration.

Toxicity: Standard Handling (A)

Analysis Note

Single band at 33.8 kDa by SDS-PAGE

Other Notes

Binds ≥99% to human IgG immobilized on a column. o-Phenylenediamine, 1 mg/ml in citrate buffer, pH 4.5, 0.1% urea hydrogen peroxide at 25°C, is used for testing immunoenzyme reactivity Purity of the recombinant protein G has been determined by presence of a single band at M.W. 33,800 on a 15% SDS-polyacrylamide gel. Specifically binds the Fc region of IgG from various species. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
