Application

Soil toxicity assessment for biotech development sites: TCLP and in vitro PBET model were used to determine the leachability (ecological risk) and oral bioaccessibility (human health risk) of soil cadmium (Chen et al., 2024).

TCLP compliance testing for biopharmaceutical researchers: Used in leachability of heavy metals. The biomineralization driven by B. pasteurii on Cd and Pb in the presence of a calcium source was evaluated based on the contents of Cd and Pb using TCLP (Zhang et al., 2024).
