Questions

  1. Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased 100 Units of human lipase code SRE0028. How much buffer volume do I need to dissolve this lipase? If you can send me an instruction manual, I'd appreciate it. Kind regards,

    1 answer
    1. Unfortunately, there is no protocol provided for this product. This product should be reconstituted with Tris-buffered saline containing 1% BSA and 1 mM calcium chloride. For a similar, previously discontinued product, (L9780) there was a recommendation to reconstitute at 1 mg/mL for the best long term stability. Do not dilute to working concentration until ready to use. Solutions are stable for at least one month at 4 deg. C.
