Phenol-d₆ raw material is used to manufacturer this standard. However, phenolic hydrogen exchange occurs naturally, converting phenol-d₆ to phenol-d₅. In analyzing this standard, your chromatographic system will detect phenol-d₅ rather tan phenol-d₆.
