Application

Sephadex® G-50 is a gel filtration medium used in affinity chromatography, protein chromatrography and gel filtration chromatography. Sephadex® G-50 has been used to investigate effects from snake venom, isolate lectins from various species and to demonstrate the positive influence of 20% ethanol on proteinase desorption.
