General description

An analytical reference standard suitable for use in LC/MS or GC/MS methods for clinical toxicology, forensic analysis, urine drug testing, or pharmaceutical research applications. Aminorex is an anorectic stimulant drug and appetite suppressant marketed under the names Menocil and Apiquel®. The drug was retired from the market after it was found to cause pulmonary hypertension.
