Following reconstitution at 25 mg/mL in 0.1 M Acetic acid, aliquot and freeze at -20°C. Stock solutions are stable for up to 3 months at -20°C. The stability of dilute solutions has not been determined, however, Bradykinin fragment 1 - 7, (B4181) is part of a set of standards for Maldi-MS calibration (MSCAL1). In this application, the solution is diluted to 10 pmol/uL and stored at -20°C for 1 month. One may infer that dilute solutions of the whole molecule would be comparably stable when diluted and stored frozen.
