General description
PLAM- AβIδ1LVproSTγ-13CH3 kit has 13CH3 isotopomer precursors and contains protocol instructions for creation of isotopically-labeled proteins.
Application
For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
PLAM- AβIδ1LVproSTγ-13CH3 is an optimized combinatorial kit which incorporates a 13CH3 isotopomer on the methyl groups of alanine, isoleucine, leucine and valine residues. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling in E. coli. It is a combinatorial labeling kit which can be used in the detection of long-range NOEs between methyl probes up to 10 Å apart in large protein complexes.
