Application

Leukocyte Alkaline Phosphatase (LAP) kits are intended for the qualitative demonstration of alkaline phosphatase activity in white blood cells.
Peripheral blood or bone marrow preparations are fixed to a microscope slide. The film is then incubated in a mixture of naphthol AS-MX phosphate alkaline solution with fast blue RR salt. The resulting blue, insoluble, granular dye deposit indicates sites of alkaline phosphatase activity.

Maintenance of bone mass and integrity requires a tight balance between resorption by osteoclasts and formation by osteoblasts. Exocytosis of functional proteins is a prerequisite for the activity of both cells. In the present study, we show that synaptotagmin VII

Mechanical signal is important for regulating stem cell fate, but the molecular mechanisms involved are unclear. Cell-matrix adhesions are important molecular mechanosensors that their formation and maturation are force-dependent processes. However, most studies focused on the role of cell contractility

Patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) have increased levels of protein phosphatase magnesium-dependent 1A (PPM1A) and autoantibodies. We evaluated the usefulness of serum anti-PPM1A antibodies as a biomarker for AS. Serum samples from 58 AS patients were obtained from a multicenter

Transcriptional regulation plays an essential role in the self-renewal and differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs). However, how external signals disrupt the self-renewal regulatory network and further drive hESC differentiation remains largely unknown. Here, we found the immune regulative
