Description générale
Dinitramine (DN) is a selective herbicide from the dinitroaniline family, used to control most annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in cotton, soybean, and rice crops. Dinitramine inhibits germination and root growth by preventing microtubulin synthesis.
Dinitramine is not approved for its use in the European Union. A default maximum residue level (MRL) of 0.01 mg/kg has been set according to Reg 396/2005.
Application
- To examine the developmental toxicity of dinitramine in zebrafish embryos and compare the results with embryos exposed to DMSO (control)
- To design a modified gold electrode based on gold nanoparticles and nanomagnetic Fe3O4/SiO2-(CH2)3-SH core-shell for electrochemical detection of dinitramine in aqueous solutions using voltametric sensors
- Electrochemical determination of dinitramine in water samples by adsorptive differential pulse voltammetry (AdDPV) using a pencil graphite electrode modified with poly-L-cystein-gold nanoparticles as a substrate
- To study the anti-proliferative effects of dinitramine on immature murine testicular cell lines via endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced calcium dysregulation in the cytosol and mitochondria
- To study the electrochemical behavior of dinitramine by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods and evaluate the interaction of dinitramine with ct-DNA by CV, competitive fluorescence, UV-Vis spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy, and viscosity titration
- To develop a high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of dinitramine, ethalfluralin, trifluralin, pendimethalin, and isopropalin in soil and surface water
