Description générale

Silicone gaskets for easy clean base is an additional accessory for MAS-100 ISO NT® and MAS-100 ISO MH® air samplers. The MAS 100 Iso line is designed to monitor air microbiology in isolators and RABS. Like all other MAS-100® air samplers, they are based on the Andersen impaction principle. All electronic and moving parts are located outside the critical zone, whilst one stainless steel sampling head for standard 90 to 100 mm Petri dishes collects samples in the containment zone. This silicone screen gasket is used to seal Tri-Clamp connections on instruments of the MAS-100 ISO NT® / MAS-100 ISO MH®. In the event of a breaking Petri dish the mesh avoids the ingress of shards into the instrument. Therefore, its use is highly recommended for the first sealing below the sampling head, especially when using easy clean bases. The Silicone Gasket is made of transparent Platinum cured silicone and can be sterilized by autoclaving.

Application

MAS-100 ISO NT® Silicone gaskets for easy clean base is an additional accessory used to seal Tri-Clamp connections on instruments of the MAS-100 ISO NT® and MAS-100 ISO MH®. Microbial air sampling devices are extensively used in Pharmaceutical and Personal care industries as well as Food, Beverage and Environmental applications.
