Application

Product PLAK0139, Powered by Bethyl Laboratories, has been pre-qualified for use in proximity ligation assay (PLA®). PLA® technology enables visualization of protein interactions in fixed cells and tissue samples while under endogenous protein expression levels.
The secondary-conjugate (indirect) method of PLA® requires the use of a pair of Duolink® probes, one PLUS and one MINUS, and your choice of Detection Reagents. Accessories include Wash Buffers and Mounting Media.

Linkage

This kit contains antibody PLA0304 and antibody PLA0026, which have been pre-qualified as an antibody pair for use in Proximity Ligation Assay. To view all Duolink products, visit sigma-aldrich.com/duolink.

Analysis Note

The antibody for HIF1-alpha (PLA0304) is used at dilution 1:10,000 and the antibody for phospho-MCM2[S108] (PLA0026) is used at dilution 1:1,000 for PLA applications.
