General description
Nunc® Bioassay Dish is useful for screening large numbers of colonies in cloning experiments in molecular biology. It is suitable for culturing bacteria and fungi or providing a contained environment for other culture vessels. Nunc Bioassay Dish can be used for agar diffusion assays.

Application
Nunc® Bioassay Dish has been used to determine the total number of colony-forming units of transformed cells. It has also been used in multi-site mutagenesis and comprehensive codon mutagenesis by PFunkel using an ssDNA template.
