Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:50-1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected CRTC1/TORC-1 in human cerebral cortex, rat cerebral cortex, human cerebellum, and rat cerebellum tissue.
Immunoprecipitation Analysis: A representative lot immunoprecipitated endogenous CRTC1/TORC-1 from mouse hippocampus tissue lysates, as well as exogenously expressed murine CRTC1/TORC-1, but not CRTC2/TORC-2, from lysates of transfected HEK293 cells (Courtesy of Dr. Carlos A. Saura , Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain).
Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected endogenous CRTC1/TORC-1 in human, mouse, and rat hippocampus tissue lysates, as well as exogenously expressed murine CRTC1/TORC-1 in lysates from transfected HEK293 cells (Courtesy of Dr. Carlos A. Saura , Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain).
Quality
Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected CRTC1/TORC-1 in 10 µg of mouse cerebellum tissue lysate.
