A 20 amino acid peptide sequence near the C-terminus of human CaSR. The immunogen sequence is 90% conserved in rat/mouse and 85% in bovine.

This Anti-Ca++ Sensing Receptor Antibody is validated for use in ELISA, WB for the detection of Ca++ Sensing Receptor.
Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL.

ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL using 1 μg/mL control peptide (Cat. No. AG359) per well.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in PBS containing 0.1% BSA

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
