Yes, the 0.005% is equivalent to 50 ppm. The exact concentration in wt% is tested on a lot-to-lot basis and published in the Certificate of Analysis. The value can be converted to ppm using equation as wt% x 1,000,000 = ppm. Unfortunately, the FWHM and λex/λem is not determined.

900560: Liquid GQDs with a concentration of greater than 0.005% in H2O and a quantum yield of more than 50%. What is the concentration of the stock solution?
1 answer-
The concentration of this product varies from lot to lot and is reported in the product Certificate of Analysis as 'Residue on Evaporation. A survey of recent batches indicates a general range of 0.12 - 0.22%. Please see the link below to review a sample or lot specific Certificate:

Is the fluorescence of this product the same as that of another product 900708? λex 350 nm; λem 445 nm FWHM 65 nm, quantum yield >65%
1 answer-
The Graphene QD product 900708, λex 350 nm; λem 445 nm Full Width Half Max (FWHM) 65 nm, does not offer a single excitation or emission to use for this product. This QD exhibits strong emission light when 400 nm - 460 nm light is illuminated, primarily at 400 nm. The 900560, Graphene QD solution, >0.005% in H2O, again, does not have a specified single excitation or emission value. Emission varies by wavelength as demonstrated in the image below:
