Silicone membrane liner for Tunair™ shake flask consists of five 0.22 m silicone membrane cap linings. The filter lining in the cap assembly is replaced by tweaking the flanges of the inner-closure shell until they separate loose. Then it is pulled apart to remove the used lining. The lining can then be replaced by sandwiching it between two parts of the cap and the cap is snapped back together. While reassembling, ensure the flanges from the inner piece fits into the mated grooves in the outer piece. It is required for the cap assembly to stay intact while using.
