Biochem/physiol Actions

Cellular responses to BMP-7 are mediated by the formation of hetero-oligomeric complexes of type I and II serine/threonine kinase receptors. Human and mouse BMP-7 share 98% amino acid sequence identity.

Lyophilized from 50.0 μl of a 0.2 μm filtered solution in 35% acetonitrile, 0.1% TFA containing 50 μg bovine serum albumin per 1μg of cytokine.
