General description

Dichloromethane-d2 (CD2Cl2) is a deuterated NMR solvent useful in NMR-based research and analyses. Raman spectral analysis of CD2Cl2 in the gas phase has been reported.

Application

Dichloromethane-d2 may be used to analyze the three-dimensional structure of (9S,11S)-11-amino-9-deoxo-11,12-deoxy-9,12-epoxyerythromycin by proton NMR derived constrained molecular mechanics.
