Would it be possible to modify the depth of these imaging spacers from 0.12mm to 0.4mm (possibly also 0.45mm)?

Unfortunately, the manufacturer Grace Bio-Labs does not offer the SecureSeal™ imaging spacer with 0.45mm depth. These are adhesive spacers and form a leak-proof seal. The products haven't been tested for use in this way, but you may be able to stack them to a thickness that would be suitable.
