  • As a silicate electrolyte in plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) coating.[1]
  • For the synthesis of sintered mullite ceramics (3Al2O3·2SiO2) by the co-precipitation method.[2]
  • As a source of silica for the synthesis of silica-zirconia composites for the chromatographic applications.[3]
  • For the synthesis of photo-Fenton catalyst, nontronite, for the degradation of Rhodamine B.[4]
  • As a starting material for the synthesis of zeolite NaA layers on α-Al2O3 supports.[5]
