QKI is an RNA-binding protein that plays a central role in myelinization. Acts by regulating pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA export, mRNA stability and protein translation. It is regulated by alternative splicing.
Specificity
QKI-7 (Quaking Protein). The antibody recognizes the ~42 kDa protein.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide from mouse QKI-7.
Application
Anti-QKI-7 Antibody is an antibody against QKI-7 for use in IP & WB.

MicroRNA-122 (miR-122) is highly expressed in hepatocytes, where it plays an important role in regulating cholesterol and fatty acid metabolism, and it is also a host factor required for hepatitis C virus replication. miR-122 is selectively stabilized by 3' adenylation
Generated by Quaking (QKI), circular RNAs (circRNAs) are newly recognised non-coding RNA (ncRNA) members characterised by tissue specificity, increased stability and enrichment within exosomes. Studies have shown that ionizing radiation (IR) can influence ncRNA transcription. However, it is unknown whether
Thyroid cancer is the most frequently occurring type of endocrine tumor, with a rapidly increasing incidence rate. MicroRNA (miR)-574-5p is a candidate oncogene in various types of cancer. The present study identified that miR-574-5p affected the cell cycle distribution and
A hallmark of inflammatory diseases is the excessive recruitment and influx of monocytes to sites of tissue damage and their ensuing differentiation into macrophages. Numerous stimuli are known to induce transcriptional changes associated with macrophage phenotype, but posttranscriptional control of
MicroRNA-214(miR-214) has been recently reported to regulate angiogenesis and embryonic stem cells (ESCs) differentiation. However, very little is known about its functional role in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) differentiation from ESCs. In the present study, we assessed the hypothesis
